Randall Apartments is a three-story brick apartment building that has a concrete foundation. There are brick sills under square sashed double hung windows and decorative rounded brick above the windows. The base of the building and between the first and second stories have a vertical brick pattern. The entry way has plaster moldings at the top and a flat roof as a balcony with an iron railing. The front door is glass paned with windows surrounding. The building has a flat roof with brick mission style parapets in the front. Surrounding the front and side yards is an iron fence.
Our flats feature a large open living space with a huge walk-in closet and private bathroom. Dining area perfect for a bistro table and chairs that leads into the kitchen. Kitchen has lots of counter and cabinet space. Windows in living space and dining are provide an abundance of natural light into the unit.
