There are brick sills under square sashed double hung windows and decorative rounded brick above the windows. The base of the building and between the first and second stories have a vertical brick pattern. The entry way has plaster moldings at the top and a flat roof as a balcony with an iron railing. The front door is glass paned with windows surrounding. The building has a flat roof with brick mission style parapets in the front. Surrounding the front and side yards is an iron fence.
